The 26th Philippine Computing Science Congress is organized by the Computing Society of the Philippines to enable local and neighboring computing educators, researchers, information and communications technology (ICT) professionals, and students to interact and share their work in computing, computer science, computational science, and ICT. The conference features special lectures by prominent researchers and educators and contributed papers in ICT, computing, computer science, computational science, and related disciplines.

Submission Portal
Paper Template & Length
Papers should use the prescribed PCSC 2026 template and have a minimum of 6 pages and maximum of 8 pages, including references.
Double-Blind Peer Review Guidelines
- 1Name and affiliation of the Authors must be removed from the submitted manuscript.
- 2Remove any citation and references that contain the Authors. Use [Anonymous, 2008] and blind the reference list.
- 3Do not include acknowledgment and funding sources.
- 4Submitted papers must be original, and not submitted concurrently to a journal or another conference/symposium. Each submitted paper will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers and must get an average positive rating for inclusion in the conference program and proceedings.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
